When do prints ship?

All Print mailers ship on the 7th of every month.

When will I recieve my first print?

If you join anytime during the current month, your first print will be the next month’s featured print, shipped on the 7th.

Example:
Join anytime in February (1-28)→ First mailer ships March 7th

How long does shipping take?

After shipment, please allow:
📬 7–14 business days for U.S. delivery.

Do you offer tracking?

No. To keep membership pricing affordable, all envelopes are shipped with standard USPS stamps, which does not include tracking.

What if my mailer doesn’t arrive?

If it has been more than 14 business days since the ship date, please contact me jennifer@findyourarthappy.com and I’ll help you.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You may cancel anytime after your first order has processed.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can update your address, payment method, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer subscription portal.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

What is the Celebration Month Bonus?

When you join, you can choose a month for a special celebration bonus print (Birthday, Anniversary, Holiday, or Just Because).

That month, your mailer will include an extra surprise.

Will every month be the same animal?

No! Each month features a different coastal bird, sea creature, or marine species with its own story and conservation focus.

What if my mailer comes damaged?

If your mailer arrives damaged. Please contact me at jennifer@findyourarthappy.com within 48 hours with a picture of how the mailer arrived and the damage, your name, address, the date you signed up for the club and the month of the mailer. Once recieved I will assist you further.
