Refund policy

Thank you for choosing my artwork to add to your current art collection. I LOVE working with you and it is very important to me that you are happy with your experience and artwork. Each piece is original, signed and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Creating such works of art involves a process of different layers and each layer is a phase until it is completed. The number of layers and phases depends on the size and detail involved, because of this I ask that you are happy with the piece of artwork before you purchase it. Buying art is not just a hobby, art is like a looking glass, the spectrum of colors affects the emotions of one soul. 

Based on the above: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, Jennifer DeAngelis, The ART Happy Artist does not accept returns or refunds.  

DAMAGES AND ISSUES: 

  • Please note we triple check all products before they leave the studio, and therefore we are not liable for any damage that occurs during or after transport. Consequently, all goods physically purchased from Jennifer DeAngelis ART are subject to a general principle of caveat emptor.

EXCHANGES:

If for any reason you are not happy with the chosen artwork for your art collection, I will gladly offer an exchange for another piece of artwork of equal value, no refunds will be given.  The artwork must be returned in its original packaging undamaged; the customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Note: each returned artwork will be inspected prior to any exchanges being completed.

COMMISSIONS: 

If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final. You are given many chances to make changes during the development of the piece.
