This completed piece features the April Fin & Feather Print Club™ selection, the Florida Scrub Jay, an endangered species found only in Florida. Surrounded by carefully rendered natural branches and coastal-inspired detail, the painting captures the scrub jay’s striking blue plumage, curious spirit, and resilient beauty.

Created to celebrate one of Florida’s most beloved native birds, this artwork reflects both the delicate balance of the state’s disappearing ecosystems and the importance of protecting the wildlife that calls them home. Through layered watercolor detail and storytelling, the piece invites viewers to pause, connect, and appreciate the quiet wonder of Florida’s wild places.

My work is rooted in stewardship—honoring God’s creation and contributing to conservation efforts.

Open to collaborations with conservation organizations and wildlife initiatives.
